Mike Barnes has joined Paradies Lagardère as Regional Vice President for the North American travel retail giant.
Reporting to Senior Vice President of Operations and Loss Prevention Jeff Flowers, Barnes’ new role will see him identifying and facilitating initiatives to support the retailer’s growth on the east coast.
Flowers said: “As Paradies Lagardère continues to successfully grow its travel retail business in airports throughout North America, we look to industry veterans such as Mike to help with these efforts. Mike has extensive expertise in the retail industry, and we look forward to his contributions.”
Barnes has close to 30 years of retail experience working for companies including Target Corporation, Gap and Old Navy. Prior to Paradies Lagardère, Barnes was managing retail operations, staff and IT for Old Navy; this job included heading up store operations, marketing initiatives and inventory management.
