The 2014 Asia/Pacific Airline Retail Conference (ARC) will take place in Bangkok on February 24-26. The event will be held two days before the Airports Council International and The Moodie Report-hosted Trinity Conference in the same city.
The conference sessions will be supported by a 45-stand plus key suppliers’ exhibition giving airline buyers from across the region the opportunity to meet new and existing suppliers and to discover the latest innovations and product developments for inflight retail and ancillary revenue.
A number of key networking events will take place in addition to the main conference including lunches, two drinks receptions, the ARC Gala Dinner and the third annual Airline Retail Awards for the Asia/Pacific Region.
Event director Alex Vail said: “The commitment we have shown to improving conference content and delegate satisfaction over the last few years has reaped huge dividends. Feedback from this year’s show in Hong Kong was absolutely superb with 94.7% of delegates rating the conference sessions as ‘very good’ or excellent.”
Looking ahead to this year’s event Vail added: “The needs and priorities of the industry are constantly shifting, so this year’s focus will be on helping airlines become successful Omni-channel retailers, developing lucrative ancillary revenue streams such as baggage and seat upgrades and exploring how mobile transactions are changing the landscape for airlines.”
Delegates can save up to 50% on early registration by booking online at www.airlineretail.com or by contacting ARC’s delegation coordinator Edith Collins on +44 20 7613, 6984 or at firstname.lastname@example.org
