The European Travel Partnership Symposium
Travel and tourism leaders will meet with travel retailers in Barcelona for the second in a series of Symposiums aimed at building profitable partnerships

2 WEEKS TO GO!
Profit in Partnership: Building Consumer Confidence
Eurostars Grand Marina, Barcelona
* The European Symposium is the next in a series of regional travel partnership events in which global heads of travel-retail business are joined on stage by decision-makers from travel service providers and tourism marketers.
Barcelona This speaker line-up has never been replicated in any other travel-retail forum and includes airports, travel retailers, brands, airlines, online booking companies, hoteliers, government tourism officers, associations and tour operators—all seeking to maximise commercial revenues by interacting with travelling consumers at some point throughout their journey. This journey starts when they book, and continues when they sit in the airport lounge, take a limousine or rental car to their hotel, walk through the lobby and shop in the destination. There are opportunities to maximise brand exposure by connecting with the traveller at each point throughout this journey to build brand equity—but only if information is shared and partnerships are embraced.
This unique programme is borne out of exclusive consumer insights and knowledge gained from interviewing thousands of travellers in airports on their return journeys, and through working closely with brands and travel retailers eager to turn insights into commercial success stories. In addressing the theme Profit in Partnership: Building Consumer Confidence, all speakers will share their experience and views on how working together can build consumer confidence and that all important brand equity in an increasingly insecure industry.
