The awards winners were announced at the prestigious DFNI Bollywood Ball on Friday 27 February 2009 in London. The full list of winners is as follows:

• Travel Retailer of the Year

Winner: Nuance-Watson (HK)

Also shortlisted: Aelia, DFS Group and Dubai Duty Free

• Inflight Travel Retailer of the Year

Winner: Korean Air

Also shortlisted: Aéroboutique Inflight Retail and Cathay Pacific Airways

• Airport Travel Retailer of the Year

Winner: Nuance-Watson (HK)

Also shortlisted: Aelia, Dubai Duty Free and Gebr. Heinemann

• Cruise/Ferry Travel Retailer of the Year

Winner: P&O Ferries

Also shortlisted: Tallink / Silja Line

• Best New Shop Opening (since January 2008)

Winner: Nuance Sweden, Stockholm airport

Also shortlisted: DFS Galleria Macau and World Duty Free, London Heathrow airport T5

• Airport Authority with the Most Supportive Approach to Travel Retail

Winner: Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore

Also shortlisted: Airport Authority Hong Kong, Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Incheon Airport

• Best New Product Launch (since January 2008)

Winner: Baileys with a hint of coffee

Also shortlisted: Gucci by Gucci and SK-II Signs Wrinkle Serum

• Supplier of the Year

Winner: Procter & Gamble

Also shortlisted: Kraft Foods, Scorpio Travel Retail Sales and William Grant & Sons
