Winners announced in Changi T3 children’s tender

Two retailers have won contracts to run the children’s and toys and games concessions at Singapore Changi airport terminal three

Giordano Originals and Vendermac Distribution have won the tender for the children’s and toys and games contracts at Singapore Changi airport terminal three. The two retailers fought off competition from Lian Tong & Co, Times Newslink, Jay Gee Enterprises, FCI Retail Concepts and DFS Venture Singapore.

 

The winner of the children’s concession, Giordano, offered either 15% of total monthly sales or a minimum monthly guarantee of S$28,000 ($18,543), whichever is higher. Vendermac tabled the highest bid for the toys and games contract, offering to pay airport authority Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore either 20% of total sales or a monthly rent of S$33,000 ($21,854).
