West Coast expansion targets new customers

CANADA. West Coast Duty Free is planning a 3,000sq ft (279sq m) extension to its store at the Pacific Highway crossing at Canada?s southern border in Surrey, British Columbia. The company is drawing up plans, and aims to start work by late autumn and complete the expansion by early spring next year.
