Well-being concept Rejuve has closed at London Heathrow terminal one eight months after it opened in March
The well-being concept Rejuve, which was introduced by airports group BAA at Heathrow terminal one in March, has closed and the company has gone into administration.
Insolvency company Valentine and Co confirmed that the 4,500sq ft (420sq m) outlet at T1 closed on November 24 after eight months of operation and the company is now up for sale.
A BAA spokesman confirmed that the outlet has closed but said there are a number of parties who have shown interest in the outlet.
Rejuve featured a health food snack bar, a retail area selling beauty products, a fitness zone, a wet room with a shower, sink and grooming products, a club area, bookshop and eight treatment rooms. Visitors were greeted by a concierge and personal shopping service was also available.
Entry to the centre was available at a day rate of £25 ($33) and membership deals ranged from £250 ($435) to £2,500 ($4,350). The concept was founded by former colleagues at financial group UBS Andrew McCaffery and Grant Thompson.
