WDF puts customer service at heart of new fragrances concept

As revealed on Raven Fox website RavenFox.com, World Duty Free (WDF) has opened a new fragrances concept at London Heathrow terminal one. CEO Mark Riches told DFNI that the concept would focus on customer service, with a high level of consultant support
