The phone operator will open stores at London Heathrow T5 and St Pancras railway station

Vodafone UK has announced it will open two travel-retail outlets, one at London Heathrow airport terminal five and one at London St Pancras railway station. The T5 store, located landside between departures and Customs, opens on March 27 and will replace the company’s outlet in T1. The St Pancras store will be in the shopping area known as The Circus and is scheduled to open on March 28.

Both stores will follow Vodafone’s new shop concept, which includes a self-service area, a distinct section for business customers and sales pods where customers can try live services.

Vodafone UK director of consumer sales Tom Devine said: “The new stores at London St Pancras and Heathrow T5 are particularly important for Vodafone customers who travel frequently and need last minute top-ups, advice on roaming services or working while on the move. These prime locations will help us to ensure we can give customers even more choice and assistance when and where they need it.”
