Virgin Atlantic Airways, bmi Charter and Easyjet scooped the top awards at the Inflight Sales Person of the Year event
The Inflight Sales Person of the Year Awards (ISPY), which was held at a glittering ceremony on November 18 at the bmi training centre near London Heathrow airport, attracted cabin crew from several airlines as well as travel-retail executives and suppliers.
Organised by Travel Retailing Training, the event marked the successes of the best inflight sales staff and helped to develop their selling techniques. Virgin Atlantic Airways's Jane Nuttall secured the Inflight Sales Person of the Year award in the scheduled airlines section, while Karl Kavanagh from bmi Charter won the charter award. In the low-cost category Easyjet's Lee Johnson scooped the top accolade.
