The Valiram Group is celebrating the first anniversary of its Flying Emporium store by offering selected customers a chance to win a car.

The Valiram Group is commemorating the first anniversary of its Flying Emporium store at the domestic terminal of Kuala Lumpur International airport (KLIA) with a competition for passengers to win a car.

Flying Emporium general manager Kim Manaf said: “We are proud to announce that we have partnered with UMW Toyota Motor for this contest. The winner will take home a Toyota Wish 2.0S.”

Passengers who make a minimum purchase of RM150 ($39.47) in oneday are eligible to enter the competition and those who answer four questions correctly will be entered into the prize draw. The contest will run for four months from December until March.

The 20,000sq ft (1,858sq m) Emporium offers a range of products including fragrances, cosmetics, confectionery, watches, toys, luggage, books and magazines. Manaf commented: “This contest is timely to promote Visit Malaysia Year 2007. We are excited to introduce new brands to travel-retail such as SK-II, Jurlique and Mercedes Benz Lifestyle. These brands are exclusively available at Flying Emporium and not at the international terminal or any other Malaysia airports.”
