Anne Valentin has replaced Jean-François Ninu as L'Oréal Luxury Products International general manager Travel Retail Europe, Middle East & Africa

Anne Valentin has been appointed general manager of the Travel Retail Europe, Middle East and Africa division for L'Oréal Luxury Products International, where she has replaced Jean-François Ninu, who held the role since January 2007.

Valentin began her career with the group as Travel Retail Europe sales director and then became Lancôme Travel Retail Europe general manager. In 1992 she moved to the French market as marketing director of Helena Rubinstein and was appointed general manager of Giorgio Armani, Ralph Lauren, Viktor&Rolf and Helena Rubinstein in 1999. Six years later she took control of the Eastern countries, one of L'Oréal’s strategic zones.

A company statement said: “She opened the subsidiaries and demonstrated an energetic capacity to defend and to build the Luxury division brands portfolio. The brands became the leader of the Eastern countries.”
