Inflight sales have increased by 50% on United Airlines since the appointment of Inflight Sales Group (ISG) in September, according to United Airlines manager onboard merchandise sales Annette Gutsmiedl.

"We have had 100% support from ISG. They have kept up the stock controls exceptionally well and we are extremely happy with the way business is going," she said.

"I have tried to get certain products for the past four years which ISG has been able to get for me easily and quickly. We have a great new dynamic sales catalogue coming out in March which will be very different from what we have had in the past," added Gutsmiedl.
