Unilever Cosmetics International UK will trade under a new name following its acquisition by Coty

Unilever Cosmetics International (UCI) UK is to trade under the new name of LCI Cosmetics International (UK) Ltd with immediate effect, following its acquisition by Coty in July. All other terms of business will remain unchanged, according to the company.

Unilever's portfolio includes the fragrance licences for Calvin Klein, Cerruti, Vera Wang, Chloé and Lagerfeld. Coty also purchased UCI's manufacturing and distribution outlet in New Jersey and a distribution unit in France.
