Suppliers including Baume & Mercier, Lindt & Sprungli, Alfred Dunhill and Franco Ferrari will make up the exhibitor profile at the MEDFA-endorsed event, to be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre on December 1-3.
Several prominent luxury brands have already signed up to appear at the Middle East Exclusive exhibition, to be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre on December 1-3. According to organiser Channels Exhibitions, suppliers including Baume & Mercier, Lindt & Sprungli, Alfred Dunhill and Franco Ferrari will make up the exhibitor profile at the MEDFA-endorsed event.
Channels Exhibitions managing director Justin Boutros said that the luxury-based exhibitor list reflected the growing importance of luxury brands to the regional travel-retail market. "Duty-free shops and top-class shopping malls across the region boast an ever-growing number of branded boutiques," said Boutros. "The exhibitor profile spans the most upmarket brands across a range of products including watches, gourmet food and confectionery, fashion, jewellery, giftware, perfumes and cosmetics as well as luggage and mobile phones."
Although it is focusing on travel-retail and luxury brands, Channels Exhibitons said it would solicit attendance from selected retail, travel and hospitality industry professionals, as well as leading regional distributors and agents specialising in luxury goods.
Middle East Exclusive is open to trade professionals involved in the retailing and distribution of luxury products in regional duty-free who pre-register on-line at www.middleeastexclusive.com before November 7. Applications received after that date will be subject to an entrance fee.
