Top awards for Changi airport

Singapore Changi airport has been voted best airport by regular travellers in this year's poll of Business Traveller readers based in the Asia/Pacific region

It was also ranked best for duty-free shopping, a title it has won for the last three years. Business Traveller is a sister title of Duty-Free News International and Travel Retailer International.

This is the 15th consecutive year the airport has won the best airport award, said the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) in a statement yesterday. With the latest accolades, Changi has scooped 13 awards this year.

Singapore Airlines retained the top spots in many airline categores, including world's best long-haul airline. British Airways took the prize for best airline overall and most innovative airline. Full results of the poll are shown below with last years ranking bracketed:
