Tonga to privatise airport

Fua'amoto International airport to be privatised in February 2005

The government of Tonga plans to begin privatising the operations of Fua'amotu International airport in February next year, according to reports.
 
Local news service Mantangi Tonga Online said a government committee has been formed to come up with a plan for privatisation within six months.
