Tobacco tax prompted end of Canada's duty-free review

CANADA. The introduction of a devastating tobacco export tax in Canada this Spring was the catalyst for concluding the country's regulatory review of duty-free with minimal changes to the programme, the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency (CCRA) has told DFNI.
