Three bid for Changi T2 check-in hall stores

Focus Network Agencies, Oopsie & Co and VGO Corp have all submitted bids for landside branded/concept stores at Singapore Changi airport

Tenders for two branded concept outlets in Singapore Changi terminal two's check-in hall have closed, with three companies vying for the space. Confectionery specialist Focus Network Agencies and Oopsie & Co are both bidding for a 30sq m (323sq ft) shop, while sporting fashion and accessories retailer VGO Corp is bidding for both the 30sq m outlet and an additional 46sq m (495sq ft) shop.

For sales of up to S$30,000 ($18,543) in the 30sq m outlet, Focus Network Agencies is offering a S$3,000 ($1,854) minimum monthly guarantee (MMG). For sales above S$30,000, it is offering 17% of monthly gross sales or a S$6,000 ($3,708) MMG, whichever is higher.

For the same store, Oopsie & Co is offering the a flat S$1,000 MMG or 6% of monthly gross sales for sales of up to S$30,000; 8% for sales between S$30,000 and S$60,000 ($37,080); or 10% of monthly gross sales for sales of over S$60,000.

For both outlets, VGO Corp is offering a combined 10% of monthly gross sales or a MMG of $4,000 ($2,473), whichever is higher.

The tenancy term will run for three years from July 21.
