First Lounge customers can buy duty-free from a catalogue in Sydney and Melbourne

The Nuance Group and Qantas have partnered to offer Qantas First Lounge customers the opportunity to shop duty-free without leaving the first-class lounge in both Sydney and Melbourne airports. A tailored duty-free catalogue will be available to customers, who can place their order with the lounge’s concierge and have their goods delivered to them there. Travellers can also request products from the full range of the Syd Tax and Duty Free store in Sydney and F1rst Tax and Duty Free in Melbourne.

The Nuance Group Australia and New Zealand business development director David Odgers said: “We are delighted to be working in partnership with Qantas to deliver this service. We are committed to meeting the diverse needs of international travellers through innovative services such as this. The addition of the Duty Free Concierge Service ensures that international travellers do not miss out on duty-free shopping while enjoying the amenities of the excellent new First Lounges.”
