Thailand's finance ministry is to readdress the issue of reducing tariffs on luxury goods in an attempt to drive tourism in the country.

Thailand's finance ministry is to readdress the issue of reducing tariffs on luxury goods in an attempt to drive tourism in the country. Local reports quote the Thai customs department chief as suggesting high-end cosmetics, watches, sunglasses and leather goods could all face reductions, and that a minimum price level would help focus the reduction on premium products.
