Tallink considers diverting Swedish routes to save duty-free

Estonian ferry operator Tallink has concluded a preliminary agreement with Ahvenanmaa - part of the Finnish Aland islands - to reroute its Sweden-bound boats through the region in order to preserve duty-free after Estonia's accession to the EU, scheduled for May 2004
