The results of the second phase of the tender for duty-free at Taipei Chiang Kai-shek International airport have been delayed owing to continuing concerns over the outbreak of SARS in Taiwan. The tender, which covers general merchandise, liquor and tobacco, and fragrances and cosmetics, is understood to have attracted bids from about five operators.
