Sydney courts tenants for revamped T1

The airport has set up a web page for companies wishing to lease space in the renovated terminal to register their expressions of interest

Sydney International airport is inviting retailers to register their expressions of interest in operating space at terminal one, once the $450m renovation is completed by the end of 2009.

The Nuance Group has retained the principal duty-free concession at Sydney, and will benefit from a new 800sq m (83,985sq ft) walk-through duty-free store at T1, but the airport said there are several other retail opportunities on offer. 

The deadline for expressions of interest is April 30. Interested parties should visit the site here or write to:
