Strong traffic figures confirm economic recovery

Argentine airport operator Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 (AA2000) has announced solid traffic figures for the month of September with domestic traffic throughout the network rising by 12.2% to 735,842 and international passengers growing 10.5% to 485,095

During the first nine months of the year domestic traffic throughout the AA2000 has increased to 6.43m passengers, up 14.5% on 2003 ? at the same time the number of international passengers have reached 4.57m, an increase of 16.6%
 
From January to September international traffic at Ezeiza International Airport, the country's principal international gateway increased by 14.8% to 3.88m passengers, whilst domestic traffic grew by 16.5% to 3.39m passengers at Buenos Aires Aeroparque, the hub airport for the country's domestic flights.
