South Africa tender: clarification

16-Jan-2002

?

South African airports authority ACSA has asked us to clarify that in relation to the forthcoming tender for a bulk duty-free facility at Johannesburg International airport, it is committed to ensure an open, transparent and equitable procurement process in selecting business partners.

ACSA wishes to stress that those who do not presently have a business relationship with ACSA, and comply with ACSA's Black Economic Empowerment criteria, are invited and encouraged to participate in the forthcoming tender process.
