Request for Proposals includes 11 retail concession packages

The City of Atlanta has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the operation and management of 66 store locations at Atlanta International airport, divided between 11 packages and covering the airport’s atrium and concourses T, A, B, C and D.

Six of the packages refer to one retail concession each in concourses A, B, C and D at the airport and the deadline for proposals is November 8. The five remaining packages cover between nine and 14 separate store locations spread across different areas of Atlanta and the deadline for proposals is November 19.

A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 13 to provide proponents with detailed information about all 11 packages and to address questions and concerns. The airport will also conduct a site tour on September 14 for proponents only. Click here for more information.
