Six line up for Changi T3 accessories contract

The mid-priced fashion accessories concession has attracted proposals from King Power International and Dufry Singapore, but The Marketing Co leads the bidding
Six bidders are competing for the mid-priced brand name accessories concession at Singapore Changi airport terminal three.
The retailers are vying for a 41sq m (441sq ft) shop in the north departure/transit lounge. The contract begins in January and lasts for three years with no option for renewal when it expires.
Dufry Singapore offered to pay either 25% of the total monthly gross sales or a minimum monthly guaranteed payment of S$20,000 ($13,072) for the first year, S$22,000 ($14,379) for the second year and S$24,000 ($15,686) for the third year, depending on which is higher.
Chomel promised to pay either 18% of the total monthly sales or a monthly rent of S$45,000 ($29,412), whichever is higher.
Denni International agreed to pay either 38% of monthly sales or a minimum monthly payment of S$44,638 ($29,175), depending on which is higher.
King Power International said that it would pay either 30% of monthly sales or a guaranteed payment of at least S$25,000 ($16,340) per month in the first year, S$30,000 ($19,608) in the second year or S$35,000 ($22,876) in the third year.
Platim Jewelry offered to pay either 25% of the monthly sales or a monthly rent of S$30,000. The Marketing Co also promised either 25% of monthly sales or a minimum monthly guarantee of S$45,000, whichever is higher.
