Times Newslink and Lian Tong & Co will operate two children’s stores at Changi T2

Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore has awarded contracts to run two children’s stores at Singapore Changi airport terminal two.

 

Times Newslink and Lian Tong & Co beat competition from DFS Venture Singapore, ATZ International, Giordano Originals, Jay Gee Enterprises and Vendermac Distribution to win an 86sq m (926sq ft) and a 101sq m (1,087sq ft) outlet respectively. Both shops are in the north departure/transit lounge.

 

Times Newslink will pay either 20% of the total monthly sales plus 22.5% of sales above S$200,000 ($130,718) or a minimum monthly rent of S$35,000 ($22,875), whichever is higher. Lian Tong & Co will pay the airport 20% of total monthly sales plus 25% of sales above S$260,000 ($169,935) or a minimum monthly payment of S$54,000 ($35,294).

 

The contracts begin in April.
