Customers can now purchase duty-free items online and collect them onboard

Singapore Airlines has launched a pre-order service on the airline’s online inflight sales portal krisshop.com. Customers departing from Singapore can now purchase duty-free items on the website and select the cost-free option to collect the items onboard their next flight with the company. Orders have to be placed at least three days in advance.

The airline shop also offers exclusive pre-order specials, such as the Montblanc A380 Star Walker Fineliner Special Edition pen, created to commemorate the inaugural Singapore Airlines A380 flights.

The carrier’s retail programme is operated by concessionaire Duty Free Air & Ship Supply.
