Last year the EU and the US came close to reaching agreement on mutual recognition of liquid security measures. But the process has since stalled and Singapore is the only country to have achieved recognition from Europe. Andrew Pentol reports on the campaign to harmonise liquid security rules and the effect of continuing restrictions
