Selective Beauty has finalised the deal for the 25-year worldwide licence for the Diana de Silva brands, as exclusively revealed in DFNI April 15

Selective Beauty has acquired the worldwide licence for all of the brands previously owned by Diana de Silva. The French international distributor of fragrances and cosmetics took on the brands, which include Breeze, Hanorah, Montana, Cosmactive, Jean-Coutourier and Mauboussin, on July 1.

The company also secured the Trussardi worldwide fragrance and cosmetics licence for 10 years, also effective from July 1. The licence to manufacture and distribute Trussardi fragrances was previously held by Cosmopolitan Cosmetics, now part of
P&G Global Prestige & Professional Care, and ended on June 30.

Selective Beauty also holds the worldwide fragrance licence for Benetton, an 11-year contract that started on January 1, and the worldwide partnership for the distribution, manufacture and creation of Agent Provocateur fragrances, which began on March 1 and will run for 10 years.
