Schiphol appoints real estate director

André van den Berg will be responsible for commercial real estate at and around Schiphol’s airports

The Schiphol Group has announced the appointment of André van den Berg as director of subsidiary Schiphol Real Estate (SRE). According to the company Van den Berg will be responsible for “the investment in and the development and management of commercial real estate at and around airports at home and abroad.” He takes up office on April 15 and will report directly to CCO Maarten de Groof.

At present Van den Berg is deputy director of Tenstone BV, where he is responsible for the creation of a European property portfolio.
