Dutch airports company Schiphol Group has signed a two-year contract to develop commercial activities at Guangzhou Baiyun International airport. A company statement said Schiphol Group will advise the airport in the operational management of its retail and food and beverage activities. One of its employees will work in
Schiphol Group CFO Pieter Verboom said: "With this collaboration we set foot on Chinese soil. It is a first step in marketing our AirportCity formula in s areas of the AirportCity concept, for example the areas of cargo and real estate.”
