Companies sign Memorandum of Understanding to seal the deal
Israeli retail operator Sakal Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with telecoms firm InteleCom. The agreement means Sakal will stock Intelecom products in all of its 80 retail stores, including duty-free shops in airports.
InteleCom chairman and CEO John Roberts Jr said: This MOU is the beginning of our strategic partnership and paves the way for distribution of InteleCom products within Israel and throughout the Middle East. The Sakal Group is renowned for its reputation as one of Israel's leading companies in the retail industry and is dedicated to providing its customers with the highest quality products. We are very proud to establish this relationship with Sakal, which will be very beneficial to the expansion of our global customer base.
The final distribution agreement between the two companies is scheduled to be signed this weekend in New York.
