SAS Trading president steps down

7-Dec-2001

?

Thomas Bergstrom is to leave his post as president of SAS Trading effective December 7. A new acting president will be announced tomorrow.

Regional observers said the loss of two pivotal tenders in Scandinavia were crucial factors in the move. SAS Trading failed in bids for the duty-free concessions at Copenhagen Kastrup and at Sweden's airports. Both contracts were won by The Nuance Group.
