The Heart of Cognac promotions and wall bays at top US airports have seen sales of the product double or even triple

Liquor supplier Rémy Cointreau has coordinated a series of promotions for cognac brand Rémy Martin through the Maxxium Travel Retail Americas team at leading US airports. According to the company, the Heart of Cognac promotions and wall bays at airports including New York JFK, Los Angeles International, San Francisco International and Hawaii, were aimed at reinforcing the brand’s international and travel-retail exclusive range. According to Rémy Cointreau, sales doubled or even tripled during the promotional events.

Rémy Cointreau Europe and Americas travel-retail director François Van Aal said: “Rémy Cointreau, with the assistance and ingenuity of Maxxium Travel Retail Americas, is committed to an ambitious programme of exciting promotions for its star brands in the Americas, and indeed worldwide, in the coming year. We look forward to success comparable to that in 2007.”
