Swiss luxury-goods group Compagnie Financiere Richemont announced today it bought a further 20% stake in Van Cleef & Arpels from minority shareholders for an undisclosed sum.
Richemont now owns 80% of the jewellery house. It acquired the initial 60% stake in May 1999.
