Remodelled Bvlgari store opens at Hong Kong airport
This week saw the official re-opening of the new design Bvlgari Boutique at Hong Kong International airport. The store first opened in July 1998 when Hong Kong airport moved to Chek Lap Kok. In summer 2000, after only two years of operation, Bvlgari and the operator Nuance-Watson, decided to bring the latest Bvlgari image to this boutique.

The new-look combines Italian design and style accented by pear and maple wood fixtures characteristic of all the "new generation" Bvlgari stores. The Hong Kong boutique offers a broad category selection: watches, jewellery, silk scarves and ties, leathergoods and sunglasses.
After the re-opening ceremony on Monday, the guests were introduced to the Bvlgari-branded B.zero1 jewellery collection launched in travel-retail this month, including the B.zero1 ring, bracelets, earrings and pendants.

- The Bvlgari boutique is one of the 25 retail stores
operated by Nuance-Watson (trading as New Horizons Duty Free),
of which 12 are general merchandise stores, nine are
fragrances/cosmetics plus speciailty stores. Nuance-Watson
occupies over 40,000sq ft (3,717 sq m) at Hong Kong airport,
making it the largest retailer.
