Rapid post-SARS recovery takes Hong Kong by surprise

Hong Kong International Airport announced on Monday that daily passenger numbers for the first week of July had recovered to 70% of the same week last year.

Hong Kong International Airport announced on Monday that daily passenger numbers for the first week of July had recovered to 70% of the same week last year. Numbers at the airport plunged 80% during April and May until the World Health Organisation lifted its travel advisory on Hong Kong on May 23.
