Parlux plans cosmetics venture for Paris Hilton

Parlux Fragrances is to expand its Paris Hilton brand by introducing a cosmetics range to international markets in spring 2007. The range will be aimed at the high-end market to reflect what the company called Hilton's "prestige qualities"
