Parlux in negotiations to sell Perry Ellis

Parlux is in negotiations with Victory International with a view to offloading its Perry Ellis brand. The company issued a letter of intent to sell the fragrance rights to Victory last month

Victory will pay Parlux a total of up to $140m—$120m for the fragrance rights and up to $20m for inventory. The payment terms include a non-refundable deposit of $1m.
