Nivea brand manager Mohamed Parham will leave the company to pursue other interests

Beiersdorf Middle East & West Asia Travel Retail brand manager Nivea Mohamed Parham has resigned. Parham, who last year called for the industry to do more to target consumers through the internet and at airports [DFNI December 2007], will leave the company on August 7. Beiersdorf Middle East marketing director Jean-Manuel Canga-Valles will take over his responsibilities until a replacement has been appointed.

Parham said in a letter to colleagues:  “I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support and passion for the business. It’s been exciting formulating some very interesting strategic media plans.”

Beiersdorf Middle East managing director Robert Taylor-Hughes added: “We would like to thank Mohamed for his contributions during the past year and a half and we wish him the best of luck in his future career endeavours.”
