Oslo enjoys 4% passenger increase

Strong international growth has offset a decline in domestic passengers at the Norwegian airport

Oslo airport has recorded a 4% passenger increase in the first quarter of 2005 compared with the same time last year. 3.36m passengers have passed through the airport this year so far, 139,118 more than in the first quarter of 2004.

Domestic traffic has dropped 7.3%, while international traffic has risen 7.2%. Scheduled traffic has increased by 4.7% with charter passengers increasing by 24.1%.
