Deborah Collin has been appointed head of delivery and will be responsible for ensuring projects are concluded on time
Point-of-sale technology supplier Onboard Retail Solutions has appointed Deborah Collin as head of delivery. Based at the company’s head office in Bristol, Collin will be responsible for managing the delivery team and ensuring that projects are concluded on time and achieve the clients’ required business benefits.
Collin joins Onboard Retail Solutions from UK rail company National Express East Coast, where she managed the implementation of onboard retail systems on 46 trains. She has also worked for First Choice as First Choice Airways head of IT. “I am delighted to be joining the team and, as a previous customer, I am confident of bringing valuable insight from ‘the other side the fence’,” said Collin. “This is an exciting time for the industry, where the focus is clearly and firmly on increasing onboard revenue—an objective that Onboard Retail Solutions is ideally placed to help its customers to achieve.”
Onboard sales and marketing director Dan Hayter added: “We are very pleased to welcome Deborah to the Onboard team. She brings a fantastic wealth of experience to the business in both rail and air, and is already proving to be a highly valuable member of the team.”
