The Nuance Group subsidiary Ocean Trading has won the liquor pouring contract onboard Virgin Atlantic Airways. The one-year agreement begins next month. The business was formerly handled by World Duty Free Inflight (WDFI)."We're delighted to win a prestigious contract with a high-profile airline such as Virgin," said Ocean Trading director John Brocklebank.

Ocean Trading has also been appointed exclusive UK airline distributor for L'Oréal Luxury Products Division Travel Retail (formerly PBI), another ex-WDFI account. British Airways Enterprises, which will buy direct, is excluded from the deal. Former WDFI executive Ian Blyth is joining Ocean Trading to handle the business.
