Nuance upgrades New Zealand pre-order website

9-Apr-2003

Following the renovation of The Nuance Group's Regency Duty Free store at Auckland airport, the company's online shopping service, www.regency.co.nz, has also been given a new look

The five-year-old site now boasts an expanded product range and is easier to navigate.

Nuance said the redesign reflects the outstanding feedback it has received about the site, which allows customers travelling from Auckland and Christchurch airports to pre-order goods to pick up before departure or on returning.

The site was winner of the "Best Website serving the Asia/Pacific Travel-Retail Consumer" award at last year's Raven Fox Awards for Travel-Retail Excellence in Asia/Pacific. And the operator is no doubt hopeful that the redesign will boost its chances of a second win at this year's awards, to be presented at TFWA Asia Pacific in Singapore on May 21.
