Nuance opens new space at Zurich
The Nuance Group is to open 600sq m (6,456sq ft) of new retail space in Zürich Kloten airport's new dock E, whose first phase opened yesterday (September 1).
The Nuance Group is to open 600sq m (6,456sq ft) of new retail space in Zürich Kloten airport's new dock E, whose first phase opened yesterday (September 1). The space will contain four outlets?two general tax- and duty-free stores plus fashion and souvenir shops. Nuance will also run two retail islands in the new terminal, selling fashion watches and jewellery.
In the east section of the expanded terminal, now open, Nuance will operate a 150sq m (1,610sq ft) duty-free store complete with walk-in humidor. Complementing the general store is a Cocoon fashion and accessories outlet offering apparel, watches and jewellery, sunglasses and travel accessories. Shop-in-shops from Burberry, Montblanc and Hugo Boss also feature.
The west section will open on September 15. In addition to a second general duty-free store, Nuance will run a 200sq m (2,152sq ft) Spirit of Switzerland destination merchandise shop plus the two stand-alone islands. The Spirit of Switzerland store will feature a K Kiosk, operated in partnership with the Valora Group. This will offer newspapers, cigarettes, chocolates and travel accessories.
