The new F1RST Tax and Duty Free fascia replaces the Downtown Duty Free branding

F1RST Tax and Duty Free store at Perth airportThe Nuance Group has opened an expanded departures store at Perth airport under the F1RST Tax and Duty Free fascia, which replaces the previous Downtown Duty Free branding. The outlet offers products from all categories divided into specific zones, such as technology, liquor, wines, fragrances and cosmetics. A luxury watch area featuring Cartier, TAG Heuer and Longines has also been added, as well as dedicated counters for leading beauty brands Dior and Jurlique.

 

Perth airport CEO Brad Geatches said: “Duty-free shoppers will be delighted by the new F1RST duty-free store. Located in the airside departures area, [it] features a bright new fit-out with an exciting new range of products, including brands such as Cartier, Blue and L'Oreal.

“Duty- and tax-free shopping is one key experience associated with travel,” he added. “The new F1RST store will provide a much-improved facility to make this experience more enjoyable for West Australia travellers and all our international visitors.”

The Nuance Group, Australia and New Zealand CEO Jann Fisch said: “We will offer first-rate value with first-class service. This new store is comparable with the best in the world and is fitting for the fastest growing Australian international airport in the nation’s most dynamic state.”
