Nuance hires ex-Autogrill legal advisor

The retailer has appointed an experienced commercial lawyer to the new role of general legal counsel
The Nuance Group has appointed Julia Cvitanic to the new position of general legal council. Cvitanic, formerly a board member of Italian travel-retail and catering conglomerate Autogrill, will be responsible for the group's legal affairs and will report directly to president and CEO Roberto Graziani.
In previous posts Cvitanic's gained diverse legal experience in the fields of litigation and arbitration, corporate matters, international business transactions and employment law. She has worked as a lawyer in both Switzerland and the US, having gained legal qualifications in both countries.
Graziani said: "This appointment is in line with our strategy to further professionalise our business processes and our cooperation with all our partners. Julia brings with her an impressive background in diverse areas of law that are all of prime importance to our company. We look forward to having her on board."
